The credit crunch has led our Clients to capitalise on Quantaqua's best value product offers. These are based on cleaning and renovation of equipment and utilities rather than costly replacement.
For example one customer had a replacement budget for polypropelene stackable chairs but no budget for floors, ceilings and ducting maintenance. By renovating the chairs at less than 20% of the cost of replacement the customer was also able to maintain Duct and Ceilings from budget savings.
Our exit cleaning client list has been maintained and we had a record year cleaning over 3,500 student rooms plus 800 kitchens, corridors, entrances etc all in 8 weeks.
Our latest service added by client requests, and after necessary research, is accoustic ceiling cleaning. At half the cost of painting, a quarter the cost of replacement this service is excellent value for money. The last six months has been very good to us; 7 Councils have extended or renewed tenders, 8 Universities have increased work and service requirements and our latest new venture with ICI.
ICI - the name known throughout the world. We are proud to have completed our first work for ICI in April; cleaning ductwork at the Birmingham site. This was a great challenge where we were required to work closely with H&S specialists, Analysta and Bio Chemists. Cleaning the duct was difficult due to chemical contamination of various types and degrees of danger. The work was completed on time, within budget and safely!
